I actually watched that whole piece and couldn't believe it. This is a case where I hope McDonald's gets the ever-living **** sued out of them for having someone so mindless and stupid in a position of authority at one of their franchises. The fact that nobody ever questioned the validity of the caller, until an older employee came in, is unbelievable. It was a pretty good story how they caught the caller.

 

It is a sick story........

It goes to show how poor some of the management is in this country. The worst person was the woman manager.

I commend some of the employees asked to watch her for not complying with the caller, but why didn't they put a stop to it?

I feel so bad for this girl as it is clear it was much worse then what they showed on the video.

McDonnald's should pay heavy for having such poor management.

 

Poor girl. at least she'll make millions for her suffering.

If I was that girls father, I'd kick in their teeth.

 

Sorry but I don't see how McDonald's is liable for this. Are you sure you're not just indulging in the "go for the deep pockets" syndrome?

I actually agree, no way is McD's liable for this. The is like saying the bank is at fault for being robed. The idiots that did this however are 100% in need of being shot. But, how in the world does a girl give a BJ to someone she does not know by being told to by someone on the phone!!!!

McDonald's are responsible for the people holding up the name.

It may not hold up in court but I think the owner of that one store along with the manager should be hanged from the highest branch in the tallest tree.

Yeh I agree. Why should McD's be sued when it was the dumb management who were at fault?

 

Isn't everything that happens be it with a product or service because a small group dropped the ball? Isn't most lawsuits against those companies and not the individuals who did it?

Very few incidnets are the fault of the ENTIRE company.

 

WTF!!!! Why did that teenage girl get on her knees and "perform a sexual act" to that old guy? Any senseable person knows something is SERIOUSLY wrong when a "cop" tells you to do that over the phone. I just don't get it!

 

The store was almost certainly a franchise and I can see the owner of the franchise as being a responsible party for having a manager that was so cluless in the area of employee rights.

It does go to show that there are people out there that are too stupid to live.
