As the title says, I'd like this thread to be about Novitec Bi-Compressor 360/430 info, media & owners.

Post all the links, video, pics you have. Hopefully we'll actually come up with something I haven't seen before.

Plus, I'm really interested in figuring out who owns these cars. Knowing world wide owners is great. Knowing USA owners is better.

I really want to understand how the various Bi-Compressor tunes are holding up on each car, how the reliability is, what issues there are and anything else good to know.

Also curious if anyone has bought the parts and trusted their own tuners to do the install and tune, or if everyone has paid for the Novitec technicians to do the install, tune and maintenance.

    Thanks!

Novitec F360 Bi Compressor 560-580hp tune most likely. People say you can push it to 606hp but I've only see one person claim they've done it - Enrique aka NOVITECROSSO on this forum: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123986 .

Anyone else thought the 600+HP F430 (first video) should be a bit faster?

Yes. Didn't seem to gain speed much quicker than my 400hp 944 turbo.

I agree. I've driven and seen what seems to be much quicker with much less power. But, let's not forget that all we were looking at was the tach and speedo. We don't know how much the throttle was open.

Well, you are right, but I doubt he did the video babying it.

Most aftermarket tuning is a very expensive and slightly to greatly disappointing endevour. Ask me how I know...

Yes. If I were driving for that film, I would have been at WOT and I'm sure most of us would have. But, we just don't know for sure.

Plus, what we are doing is akin to the "butt dyno". We are "eye dynoing". I agree with what all is being said, it's just mere speculation/conjecture though.

Maybe it has a bad tune, maybe it doesn't. Maybe it isn't even really the Novitec 636hp tune and the video was just labeled wrong. I don't know.

How do you know? ;) Only kidding.

I think aftermarket tuning can be both how you describe and the opposite: producing fantastic results for little hassle and money, and somewhere in between. It all depends on what you're working with, how you're working with it, what your expectations and goals are.
