Who has done this on their FF and what do they think of the results?

Done it have a valve like the stock oem exhaust that opens up at higher revs?

How does it sound under wot vs cruising on the highway?

There are a lot of videos on the web but I think that these sets ups may be much more than the exhaust ie sports cats, x pipe, ecu tune etc

I have the Novitec exhaust on my '14 FF, just the mufflers and pipes, no x-pipe, cats etc. I kept the valves.
The factory software still governs when the valves open and close, and as you probably know the open/close point varies with the manettino setting.
I am delighted with the system. As delivered, my only complaint with the FF was that it was too quiet for my taste inside the cabin. It was loud enough outside, but the extensive sound proofing really cut down on the sound of the V12.
The Novitec changed all that, while keeping the sound quality intact. This was important to me; the V12 has a unique sound and I didn't want to change it.
For cruising I can control the vales simply with speed and mannetino setting. In Sport, the valves will open at 85 mph in 7th; In Comfort the valves don't open until over 100 mph. This allows me to cruise long distances in the US without having the valves open all the time. I was prepared to invest in the Capristo remote valve control but decided that I really don't need it.
Wide open throttle sound is simply incredible. Open the windows and enjoy.
The system installation was easy. As usual with Novitec, things fit right and look great.
It took about 5000 miles to thoroughly break in. It actually became noticeably louder (other people noticed the difference upon start up), and it developed a noticeable "backing off" sound when letting off the throttle at moderately high RPM.
I heartily recommend the system for the FF. There may be other excellent ones available but you can't go wrong with Novitec.

    I hope this helps.

    Very useful!

So to be clear you just installed the muffler with the valve regulation, nothing else?

Where did you get the system from and hold long did it take to come?

How many miles do you have on your FF now?

I bought mine a few months a go with 700 and now I have 3300 on it, I love the car it's awesome, but could do with sounding a bit more aggressive.

    To answer your questions:
-- Yes just mufflers and pipe with valve regulation.
-- My San Diego custom shop SD Motorsports ? Performance And Visual Enchancements | ordered and installed it. I recall that it took a few weeks to a month to arrive. No units were in the US at the time.
-- 9500 miles (the odometer was around 100 miles when the exhaust was installed)
    -- Yes. I understand perfectly.
