    Hey guys, we will have a shipment landing in the next few days with some Novitec parts for the F8 that will be ready to ship immediately. These are typically special order with a 3-4 month ETA but we will have them ready to ship!

    NOVITEC now also refines the new Ferrari F8 Tributo. This includes high performance in the form of engine tuning to 579 kW / 787 hp, which gives the two-seater a top speed of more than 340 km/h. The NOVITEC high-performance exhaust systems not only optimize the power and sound, but also save weight compared with the production car. While the NOVITEC aerodynamic-enhancement kit currently is still under development, 21-inch and 22-inch hi-tech forged wheels as well as sport springs that can be optionally combined with a front lift system are already available. Custom options for the interior appointments round off the refinement for the Italian sports car.

    Fellow FChat Members,

    I have been waiting for almost three months for Novitec lowering springs and spacers paid for via Vivid (after I was told the items were in stock with Novitec USA). To date, I continue to be told Novitec has the items in stock but can't seem to "get them out the door." Based on my experience (where I paid for the items upfront), I would urge caution before pulling the trigger on any purchase. Just calling a "spade a spade." I have over 30 emails trying to get answers from Vivid in service of rectifying the issue. Buyer beware...

    The rep is Luis P. and I have gone "around and around" on this issue. Everything is always someone else's fault. Commitments have been broken countless times and accountability does not exist. In this instance (and several others), the company's marketing does not align with its actions. Truly unfortunate... At this point, a mere refund is insufficient in my mind. I should be compensated for the energy expended and frustration created by Vivid's lack of action!

    If the members on this board routinely operated their businesses in a manner consistent with what I have experienced through Vivid most would be out of business quickly or would be dubbed "con artists!" My clients would NEVER accept the BS I have dealt with throughout the process.

    I pride myself on honoring commitments and leveraging facts when making statements. I have all of the physical evidence to validate the assertions made in this message (and in my previous posting). At the end of the day, all I want is for Vivid (or any vendor) to honor their contractual obligations. Not asking for anything special, just holding "feet to the fire" once someone accepts my money in exchange for the provisioning of a good/service.

    So, were you able to dicern what transpired? I was under the belief that you would quickly provide an update regarding the situation. Since I originally commented on your original post, Vivid finally elected to cancel the order because of their difficulty in delivering the springs/spacers. Consequently, Vivid has consented to process a refund. Now, I am waiting for the refund to hit my account.

    This is not typical. We try to make every order as smooth and quick as possible but unfortunately sometimes things slip through cracks and mistakes are made.

    Why not wait on running someone's card until the product ships? You, as the reseller aren't being charged until it ships yo you. It would likely save you some headache.
