Not terribly insane with a little track knowledge and an F1 driver... You have to realize that F1 cars accelerate and stop fast enough that when your brain registers you have to stop, its already too late. An F1 cars capabilities currently far outweigh human ability to extract everything from them. Put it this way, the cars are capable of over 5G's accelerating and braking. The width of the road isn't the biggest concern, braking late or not carrying enough speed through the turn and encountering understeer is! Sunny
