    Hi everyone.........Just an informal invite for all my F-chat brethren to come out to the National Pysique Committee's 2004 Washington State Ironman Bodybuilding contest.

    As some of you know I have been training for the last year and intensely for the last couple of months to enter my first bodybuilding "show". Well its finally here and hopefully all the hard work will payoff. Of course going to Shanghai is not going to help..........but oh well! Anyways, I have some tickets available for anyone who wants to come and check out what its all about...........and no laughing at my "thong":) (its not really a thong.....but close). Please post your intention or pm me to let me know. I'm down to 8 tickets left for Club members, but possibly can get more if more people are interested. Please let me know by the 27th of September......thats when I get back from Shanghai.

    Saturday, October 2, 6pm at the Meydenbauer Convention Ctr in Bellevue.

    Didn't do very well.............thanks to all the people who showed up for your support. I actually was looking more towards the dinner afterwards then to the actual event. Thats what you get when you starve yourself for months. Over all it was an awesome experience. Met some pretty nice, albiet "different" people..........eg. a woman who looks and sounds like a man (way too many years of steriod use) that oiled me up backstage. She was nice though.

    Learned more about my body and its nutritional needs then any degree would have taught me.

    Great job in the show, Kuzi - it takes a lot to dedicate yourself to the training and diet, and then get up there in the lights. Nobody can take that victory away from you. And you looked great!

    And good thing for those lights cause otherwise all we would've seen were his row of white teeth. Kuzi so was "dark" he looked like a frickin' coal miner. And speaking of coal miners, check out this joke...

    A woman in a northeast Pennsylvania art gallery is staring at an exquisite painting entitled Home for Lunch. It depicts three very naked black men sitting on a park bench with their penises in plain view. But while all the men are black, the one in the middle has a pink penis.

    “Excuse me,” the woman says to the exhibit’s curator. “I am curious about this painting of three African-Americans. Why does the man in the middle have a pink penis?”
