I'm guessing the usual is all about Fonts and Spacing!!

My question is has anyone dispensed with the front number plate all together in favour of an E-Type stick on version either in the center of the bonnet or to one side of the Badge? If you have, did it look 'rubbish', or was it acceptable? Pics?

    :)

I tried something like this just for looks (not legal for driving here). The larger plate, whether sticker or plastic seems disproportionality large to the width of the car. Don't know if it would look better on the bonnet itself.

On a 308/328 there's plenty of room for a standard Euro-sized registration plate in the centre of the front end of the car.

Having a plate offset to one side, or using a sticker version on the front lid would look a bit weird, in part because there's just no need to do it.

I suspect it would look a bit weird, but the point of my post was to see if anyone here has done it so that I can see precisely how 'weird' it might look. As for whether or not its needed, well there really is no need for me to have two Ferraris, but I have two because I can!! One mans weird and not needed, is another mans not weird and needed!! :)

That looks just fine! Sadly I have the shallow front air dam! Damn!

That's a bit cheeky to have a sticker in Queensland.

Can easily get done by the cops for that.

    Yep, I know
It is a pretty good representation with the correct reflective qualities etc, so I'm just praying the cops never take too much notice 4 years lucky so far :)
