NUMMI car plant tour

I recently realized that I have never seen a car plant. I decided to do something to correct this major gap in my automotive education. I cleared my schedule and reserved 4 spots for the tour on May 5th, at 1pm, kind of a long lunch. It lasts about an hour and a half. One guy at work probably wants to go, but I thought fresh faces are always good, so if anyone is interested, the plant is in Fremont and we could accommodate 2-3 additional folks. They are now making the corolla, tacoma, and the vibe.

Basic Tour Guidelines

MINIMUM AGE FOR THE TOUR IS 10 YEARS OLD. NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO CAMERAS
Although not required, for your comfort, please wear closed
toe
shoes
Smoking is prohibited on the tour and in the facility
Safety glasses will be provided
There are no stairs on the tour route, but visitors must be
able to enter/exit the trams which have 2 steps
