I wonder what their lap times would be around the 'Ring. Which makes me wonder, have any of these trucks ever been around the track? Image Unavailable, Please Login

I've done several laps in different cars. I had some practice on Grand Prix Legends but it's not like real life. On a computer you don't sense the change of loads. It's fun but please take it easy. What I did was asking a guy who knew the track to guide me through it. I also took some rides before I went out myself. There are blind corners after hills that look the same but one time it's going left and the next is going right...you don't want to mix that up. Also the locals drive cars that look slow but they'll embarass you in your supercar because of their experience and also sometimes looks deceive. There's a Mini out there with a tuned engine in the back that's really fast. Traffic is a problem sometimes. Try to go out when it's quiet at the toll booth. I once did a lap when the WRC guys were practicing for the Deutschland Rallye. That lap I watched my rear view mirrors more than the track itself! They were flying past me like I was some Super Aguri driver! If you get the chance you really should do one or two laps but indeed keep it easy or follow a guy who knows the track (after asking him ofcourse!) Ciao, Peter p.s. here's a picture I took of one of the Viper taxi's. I would also recomment to go out and watch the track. There are several spectator spots but some of the best are hidden.
