    has anyone seen a movie about the life of Nuvolari ?

    the greatest driver of all time surely should have had a movie made of him

    Imagine a race with Nuvolari, Schumacher, Fangio, Moss, Senna, Prost, Brabham, McLaren, Campari, Varzi, Lauda, Hakkinen, Surtees, Gilles .... now THAT would be worth seeing, add a bit of rain, no wings and skinny tyres, the ultimate racing fans dream I'd say :D

    No, but I would love a movie like that too. I would also like movies that show the old races in their entirety. I was born in 1982 so I never got a chance to see a lot of the greats on live TV, I only know about them through stories and short movie clips. With Bluray nowadays, I'm sure they can fit a lot of the great races in a single disk.

    Apart from La Passione I cant really think of a Biographical movie about ANY driver......

    Your Kiwi mates made one with Hannibal Lecter about a poor Kiwi Shepherd who could only afford two wheels.....

    I have seen a spanish poster on the life of Fangio. The only Nuvolari appearance in a movie I have seen was the recent "Enzo Ferrari" that has been discussed here so much, but only in his relationship to Ferrari the man.
