    Hey, I can't reach Ferrari of Long Island, both numbers go to generic voicemail. I'm contemplating a stop thru NYC, could use advice on a decent "self park" garage for a night of two, and might stop by a dealer too.

    Any garages with competent valets will be considered; preferably ones who might not need to bury the car for a short stay. Thanks

    used to be probably the Carlyle hotel garage at 76th off Madison... tip them $20 to put the car on the ground floor and ask them to put cones around it.

    I often park at Duford Studio Garage at 83rd St. between Park and Lexington. The manager's name is Bosch. He's a tall guy (about 6'4") and will put your car on the ground floor behind a cone if you tip him ,and the guys won't touch it. Tell him that Mike with the dark blue 355 sent you.

    Thx a lot! Carlyle always has an old sedan/Daimler on its lift ;) and some nice other cars. Will keep both in mind if I swing thru in July sometime
