NYMC Drive Club -- anybody else joining?

what are the details of the membership?

 

The price is very well and it looks like the money is well spent on there runs. Take a look at the media section of the website and you'll get an idea of where your money goes. Seems they spend alot of money recording all the runs and organizing.

I am in, It great concept & club. The event are very well run & professional. class act organization, and great detailing services on top of it. What more can you ask for.

Joined a couple of weeks ago...def. worth the price of admission...I spend more on cable each month and have less fun..LOL...

as of 9pm tonight we have filled spots 001-015. thanks for all your support, especially naveed and sergio.

 

How much is the membership? Could not find it on the site.

 

it's now $500 per car for the year. the pricing and event dates are posted in the "blog" section.

Here's the catch. We're going to accept anywhere from 100 to 150 members total, but only 30 cars will be allowed at each event, with the following event's sign up sheet open the day after any given event.

The May 6th event will be somewhat conjunction with John's (Niptuck) Hospital Event. Sign up is open now for members.

 

Hey Nabbs it was great having lunch with you Saturday..I have a really cool route I take on great interstates and parkways. I really want do the run at around 6AM when no one is on the rooad. We need to see who can get up that early..Right now I'm still married, so I Can..(have no life) Anyway..you guys are coooool. and yes Nabbs you are a good looking guy and if I was a girl, you would still be out of luck because I would probably be a lesbian.....

os being the laziest bum on the face of the planet, theres a chance I could be excluded from every run? Is it a first come first server type of thing or is it randomly selected who goes on what runs. Sorry if this is on the website, too lazy to actually open another tab.

 

there is a chance you could be excluded from every run, yes. I've designed this system to encourage active participation in the club. But considering how inexpensive it is, if you even make one or two of them, you're getting what you pay for.

You can sign up for the first one now, the may 6th one. The sign up for the next one will be open on May7th, and so on, down the line for the rest.

Just to be more clear about this...
The run from the hospital event will be to Armonk, NY for brunch (same as last year)...about a 40 minute ride on great roads. It's my understanding that NYMC will be hosting a run to a different location from the hospital for its members.

 

Ah OK. So matt how do we reserve our spot for the may 6th run? Can I attentively say reserve me a spot now, lol.
