I have just recieved confirmation, we have booked the Long Course at Pocono raceway for Monday, October 20th. This track is 2.5 miles of high speed insanity, with a back straight that is over 3,000 feet long and two banked turns from the NASCAR oval. If you've got a fast car you can easily go 160 on this track. Pricing is not confirmed yet, but will be reasonable. If you're interested, save the date and add your name to the list, and I'll make sure you stay informed.

    Monday, October 20th

Can I take my 355 Spider? If so, I'm in, but if not, I am not so sure I'll have my other car to use by then :(

yes. last year pocono allowed us to run porsche and M3 convertibles, as well as gallardo spyders, and they didn't have a problem with it.

You can probably beat a majority of Ferrari's just because your Mini will start every time :D

Not when I'm running with full afterburner. Hmmm; poor choice of words, perhaps....

If the price is reasonable as you said. I would try to take my car, just for the experience of taking my car to a track which I know will be awesome!

The price will definitely be reasonable. It will probably be the same as for Thunderbolt, give or take a little.

I would suggest you check with your insurance carrier, because if something does happen. hey are the ones that will be paying (or not) the claim, not Pocono. They are only renting you the track.
