I agree... the 997 segment was fantastic but half of the episode was spent with me wondering whether to turn over or not. I kept watching in the hope of something worthwhile... The series as a whole looks great, Enzo, Koenigsegg CCR etc seem to be featured. The 'best of series' will be fabbo... individual episodes won't be as good...
well i enjoyed it but it does depend on your sense of humor i would love to drive onto a bouncy castle

Hi, so over here in the States, we have a show called "5th Gear" that's British, as well. It's got this dude named "Tiff" and some other ne'er do wells and a blonde I wish would marry me, wrecking a lot of cars stunt driving and whatnot. I understand that it's somehow related to this "Top Gear" you're discussing. What's the relationship?
It's a spin off from Top Gear . Tiff Needell and Vicki Buter -Henderson were both presenters on Top Gear first.They defected to a rival TV station to make 5th Gear.
5th Gear relates to Top Gear in that its equally crap! Tiff Needell (failed/wannabee race driver) used to work on the original Top Gear format. Tiff used to 'reshape' many of the quick cars that owners/factories were foolish enough to let him try out, thankfully he's a little less reckless these days.

No-one has mentioned the obvious Ferrari bashing.... What does everyone think about the general comments concerning Ferrari during their 'news' section when they did a very quick review of the 430 ?
