I’m not from your area so I can’t help, but I have some advice…

First and foremost, find the best you can afford, ask a lot of questions to find out how aggressive they are willing to fight for you. Second start putting your life in a file, because the other side will dig and use anything they can against you. Third be prepared for a long fight.

I went threw a custody case 4 years ago for my oldest son and it was a year and 3 months of pure hell. The other side’s attorney and the judge on the case tore my life to pieces in way I never even considered. So be prepared for anything… but I will tell you this, I came out of it standing tall with my son at my side.

 

Board Certified Family Lawer, he has a practice in North Dallas but I am sure that Denton is within his scope. He helped me and a few friends over the years and is very good and very fair. I believe he made the D Magazine list for one of the best attorneys under 40 a few years back. Tell him Porsche John sent you.
