    Anyone have these? Are they really superior to normal lenses?

    No difference, any decent optician can make prescription lenses for your sunglasses as long as they are not too big or too curved. I don't think Oakley makes the lenses by themselves anyway, they probably outsource the job.

    My father has the prescription sunglasses that you can wear in the water. I just called him, besides looking really silly, he said they did not work all that well and were really expensive. He wouldn't buy them again.

    I have had a pair of prescription XX's for about five years and really like them, they were silly expensive though. Not sure if they are superior to other high quality lenses but it's nice to be able to order them right up.
