    has anyone prchased an OBDI reader. Id like to have on for my '95 355 to narrow down any check engine light that come on. I guess the Motronic 2.7 uses a OBDI and M5.2+ use a OBDII. If anyone has any exp. with using them I'd like to hear about it. Thanks

    What is an OBDI/OBDII reader and how is it diffeent from an SD-1 or SD-2 unit?

    Isnt that what they are called OBDI or OBDII? The thing that you plug into your car to read/reset error codes
