Hi f chatters, i have been registered on here roughly a month now. I havent introduced my self but id like to take the opportunity to now. My names Austin and i reside in Melbourne. I browse a few forums but this one is quite different to the others, it's members specifically! I have noticed the food chain in here and the lack of respect (sometimes in tongue and cheek) that is frequently displayed. The he/she who has the money has the power syndrome is a little tiresome. I hope in the real world away from f chat attitudes are adjusted accordingly and fellow fans, friends, colleagues are treated as peers. Other than that i hope to be able to contribute positively to f chat and hope the same continues for others. Take care all.
Austin, one of the things I love here is the complete disregard for financial status. Many of the members in the Aussie section also know each other personally as the Ferrari world is a small one, leading to comments that would only be said amongst friends. Like friends in the real world, members have been known to have lovers quarrels which seem to come and go.
this IS the Aussie section, we have no respect for anyone !!!! period !! this is what made this country great believe it or not, go read (you know ...books??) on the first world war about the diggers and their attitudes, no different to what we do..... if you're an Aussie you understand if not then try to. Most of us are good friends here and love to be rude to each other, that's what makes it fun but if someone comes on here and starts acting like a dickhead well we call 'em as we see 'em don't take offense, take a gate, it's lighter

Austin A month!...............is but a mere nanosecond in the fullness of time. When you have been here a year, give us your opinion then. I also hope you can contribute positively to F-Chat, in spite of your inauspicious start. Perhaps by starting a thread with Ferrari content instead of casting aspersions (or even nasturtiums ) at the members of this fine forum? Read what Moretti said - he's a silly old fart, but sometimes he makes sense. Besides, he has more money than me GM Oh..........and welcome. And fill in your profile please.

it might be fun to have a little role play game.... Maybe choose a theme/story/movie etc and "cast" some characters from Fchat into it..... How about.... "The Wizard of Oz"...... or "Star Wars" or something else? Anybody got any ideas.................?
