Sorry, but I'll still look after the Lotus for you while you're gone.....take it out once every 1-2 weeks to keep it running nicely.
yeah, but im worried what all that white stuff thats all over my car every time you see it will do to the paint if it doesnt get washed off straight away.
I'll get one of my girls to clean if off immediately. I just wanna turn up to work it in one day, and with a straight face just say I had enough of the WRX (after 5months) and got a Lotus instead....they'd believe me too I think.
i cant beleive that youve already had it that long? wow, but sorry to say the insurance doesnt cover under 25's, so it'll be tucked neatly away with battery tender connected for my 2 months away. I hope it starts when i get back
you spend a lot of time reading our stupid posts. do you do anything else with your life? (not that i blame you, of course...our posts are riveting)
I remember Looney once saying I could get a ride in his Elise by sitting on the back and hanging on for dear life......that was probably the only occasion. He eventually let me sit inside the car while it was moving. Seriously though, no I haven't.....I think you need to meet the people in person and then make a judgement. The perception you get of someone on the Internet can be way off.....
Yes exactly i take people at face value, although i would be cautious though. I was expecting a different response from you dingo, well done
at the end of the day, "we all come from the same kind of hole, and end up in the same kind of hole" were all people, and I know when I started looking at Ferrari's i was expecting a really snobby community, of uptight w@nkers, but nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone i have met (i didnt meet PP when he was here at the nationals though, because he was out shopping), has always been friendly and willing to chat. at the end of the day were all enthusiasts, and to be honest the few outings ive now had with the Ferrari club have been far more social, friendly and enjoyable than any club events i went on with past car clubs.
