Odd problem with FChat ...

    I've had this problem for a while, can't figure it out to save my life.

    If I am already logged in (ie logged in and checked "remember my password"), the next time I go on FChat, I can't see any buttons, no "reply", no "new thread" ... and since I can't find any "sign out" button, I have to wait 2 weeks until it forgets my password to log in, and everything will be fine.

    For now, I just log in eveytime and it works fine ... but if I click that "remember me" box, I'm screwed ...

    What gives?

    FWIW, I've cleaned my cache several times since it started, and use Firefox ...

    Wouldn't deleting the cookies log you out automatically?

    It probably would ... but it still doesn't solve the original prob ...

    Its probley just your computer, doesn't happen on my computer.

    Well have you re-installed firefox, if you have and its still messed up it could be a error in your registry, but thats just a wild guess.

    do you have it as a saved password? Go to tools, options, security and clear it out of there.

    mine didn't recognise me tonite. i had to log in. i always check the remember me box.

    just re-installed Firefox, appears to be working better, I guess I'll see tomorrow if it's still good.
