A good friend of mine has a spare set of Ferrari wheels for his 308 that we are trying to figure out if they are OE or replicas. Is there an easy way to tell? They don't have a cromodora casting, which makes me think they are replicas. Here are pictures:

They do have a Ferrari script on them, but it doesn't make me think much of that.

Pretty sure real. Show a picture of the back. Repros don't have Ferrari.

The replicas are 16" (bead diameter), and your tape measure indicates those are more likely 390mm (bead diameter) -- original F, but not uber-desirable.

Thanks guys! They are not the right offset for his 308 as we found out the hard way. If he wanted to sell them, what should he expect to get? They're straight and refinished.

Could be Mondial (those have a larger negative offset -- like -44mm vs -11mm for a 308).

That is a 390mm wheel, the factory 16 measures 17 3/8 of an inch outer edge to outer edge, and the 390 measure 16 1/2 outer edge to outer edge. Like Steve said oem ferrari but not uber desirable
