OEM 512 TR car cover

If anyone has a 512M original cover, I am very interested...Please drop me a PM

 

Hi all, I know this is an older thread but I'm looking for a factory indoor 'red satin' TR cover. Anyone know where I could find one?

 

Nobody ? Cannot be so difficult ....

 

Anybody have an OE Testarossa/512TR car cover they'd like to sell?

I've been looking for a Maranello and TR cover FOREVER now. They are impossible to get without buying new I imagine. The only source I found so far is throught the p/N. Not sure if they have any in stock. I'll post the site if I can find it again. They're around $500 yikes

Overlooked it is an old thread ; anyway I will try my 430 OEM cover on the 512M to see if it fits or not.

just received my 1990 TR this week... and it does have the 'andrea varese" car cover with bag.... the cover is a little soiled here and there. has anyone had luck washing them ? if so, any hints ?

 

ask a pro, take it to the local cleaners.

Always come without cover from factory.

Just ordered the TR and Maranello covers from Eurospares.uk. damage was 1200 total, which I thought was quite steep. However, I'm sick and tired of pajama shopping for these things. I've been looking actively for about a year now and none have emerged. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. They said they could get them here in about two weeks.

Hi Mel, I got a new one for my 512TR from Andrea, it was the soft lined "class" cover and cost euro305 last year.
It's basically OEM and comes with the horsie on the front, a carry bag and in the color you specify with the correct mirror options for your car. They supply everyone AFAIK.
It bothers me why people are still looking for second hand "original" car covers... for similar money usually!
