OEM F355 form fitting radio bezzel

While I've been looking for an OEM Sony radio for my 355 I've noticed some have a form fitting bezel around them and some don't. Like the radio, this bezel is mat black plastic, fits around the radio itself and then extends out to form fit right up to the edges of the total area for the radio in the instrument cowl. Since this fills out the entire cowl area perfectly, it gives the installation a nice custom look, better than just a standard DIN size radio alone.

I could be wrong about this but it appears the Sonys that actually came with 355's have the bezel but the Beckers didn't and, although they had the same radio, neither did the Sonys that came with 550's.

Does anyone know for sure about this? Did anyone actually have a Sony with this bezel?

The Ferrari parts diagram lists a bezel (item 2, p. 146, Stereo Equipment) for what appears to be a Sony radio in the diagram picture and it looks like it would be the form fitting one. Anyone know if this is true?
