    a want keep OEM 360 radio and replace OEM Speakers.
    Which aftermarket speakers are best suited?

    Generally the Focal models are favored most as they fit into the factory locations quite well, Hertz are another. There are some good threads here with install pictures. I myself used Focal 165AS speakers, but upgraded the head unit.

    I note that you are in Russia, but Scuderia Audio do a ready to install kit using the Focal's
