From today's Star Ledger. Hip-hop star and entrepreneur Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has purchased a 21-room Bergen County mansion for more than $10 million. Combs bought the 17,000 square foot home in Alpine from financier Mark Arzoomanian. The brick colonial house is set on 3.5 acres with a gated, tree-lined driveway that winds to a circular court-yard. The home has three bedroom suites with sitting rooms, five additional bedrooms with private baths and a six-car garage. It also has an outdoor pool with a waterfall and separate spa; a movie theater; tennis, racquetball and basketball courts; a wine cellar, and a 700-gallon aquarium. The lighted tennis and basketball courts have blue stone stadium seating. The property also features a bar and indoor gazebo with kitchen. Arzoomanian purchased the estate in 1998.
Arzoomanian purchased it for around $4.5mm. Not a bad return on investment. Also understand P. Diddy's has sold both his Park Avenue mega-townhouse and Tribeca joint-lofts. He's officially left the City folks!
Yeah Baby....even the P-Diddy knows where it's at...NEW JERSEY in da HOUSE! Dats right Island boys, better pack up and move across the river! ;-)
quoting buttuz: "nj is wwweeakkkk" i just lost zall respect for p. diddy. hes def. not gangsta anymore =)
Wow. That is a change for him. I never thought he would move out to NJ. Maybe we can get him on a run or two now . I am working on Wyclef.
Hum... Interesting. I heard that P. Diddy is now loosing a lot of money because his label is not doing so hot. It is resulting from his lack of working. He is not giving it all his attention. As they put it, "Bad Boy Is P. Diddy's Baby, But He Is Playing A Negligent Father."
Too busy chillin' in St. Tropez on his yacht with his girl. But I'll be the first to admit, that he's got his fingers in a lot of pies.

My guess is this is it.
that must be the one down from my in laws, I think when that guy built it he got in trouble with the town because he went over the property line. The funny thing is that house is right next to the wealthiest land owner in alpine - the boy scouts of america
So that's where Alpine scout reservation is??? I was an avid boy scout, and never knew where it was, though I'd see patches from it all the time.
yeah, they own a ton of land there that developers just druel over, I am sure at some point money will get the best of them and they will find a way to sell out
I know Alpine has existed for quite a while. But, you are correct. I've seen a few wonderful BSA camps and properties go away due to the flavor of money. This does not make me happy.
