Hey guys, I was curious if any of you had office space in the DC area that you wanted to rent out or sublease. Ideally, I would like something in side the city but also willing to do Bethesda and Arlington vicinity.

I can work with two types of place. I could do a single office for one person or I can do one with some space (>350 sqft) so any suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks!

Depending on what you're looking for something this small is probably hard to do unless you get really lucky. Try Regus, it's a short term swing lease space that we used until we had our permanent spaces built out.

Thank you guys for the referral. I actually have never seen/used them.

I am looking for a more "creative space" so the traditional office isn't going to work. I think I may be stuck using CL and personal contacts.

Regus is terrific, and some offices have more unconventional space. You may want to contact them depending on your needs.

Another option that just opened in DC is 1776 DC. 1776 DC- Where Revolutions Begin Sounds like the type of thing you're looking for perhaps. One of my friends just became a tenant with her startup.

In Northern VA, you also have Teqcorner in Tyson's. Home | Teqcorner :: Office Space ... from Concept to Company. Been around quite a few years.

There are also incubators and innovation centers in Montgomery County (Rockville) and out near Dulles airport.

I'm not sadly. I am overdue for a trip to see you guys. One of these years I am coming to Montreal again.

I am going to look into Teqcorner. I've been looking at a few incubators and even considered 1776. Really appreciate that, thanks.
