LOL. I can see what he meant, i95 North goes into NYC across the GWB, but is technically going east/west.

 

Ha Ha, I95 includes the GW bridge and runs from Florida to Maine. Its official directions are "North" if you are driving towards Maine and "South" towards Florida even if you are driving pretty much dead East for a huge part of I95 from the GW up to the Rhode Island border.

AFAIK, two digit interstate highways with odd numbers (e.g. I 95) run North-South and those with even numbers (e.g. I 80) all run East-West.

No matter what your onboard compass or navigation system tells you!

 

Yesterday about 7pm, going over the GW bridge towards LI, a red 430, plate 430 F1, a silver 911 GT3, plate MACADAM, and a silver Audi R8.

 

Spotted today at the tanger mall in Riverhead. Proof these things dont melt in the rain.

maserati on my way home. sorry for the quality. took it with my iphone 4, from my rearview mirror, and cropped so you can see the car.

route 46 west near wayne/totowa home depot exit. i do have to say, this maserati is one of the BEST looking cars ever. Id say this and the alfa 8c both make me drool the same way.

anther ferrari sighting today. route 23 in wayne. silver/grey 430 scuderia. amazing looking car. i think the owner also has a gallardo and 911 in silver as well since i see those in the same parking spot all the time. ill update pics tomorrow when i get home

 

F430 F1 is my plate(NY). I assume it was from another state or my car was stolen!

Just saw an f40 in the middle of mt kisco...so hot!

 

A red 1986 GTB in North Caldwell, NJ about 8:40 this morning.

 

Spotted a red 328 on the southbound side of the sprainbrook around 12ish with a flatbed getting ready to pick it up, shame such a nice car can be so finicky.

Not even 5 minutes later, spotted another red 328 headed south on the sprainbrook (I was headed north the whole time).

Then returning from the Dutchess County Fair, spotted a red Countach parked on RT9 south in Rhinebeck. Love that car.

 

TDF 430 Spider, black 612, black 550 M, 993 Speedster in East Hamptons.

 

The 2nd one was probably me headed back to NB Sprain. I was headed NB, saw the disabled, turned around in the median and joined him to see if I could assist, right about the same time a NYSP arrived. I'm sure people figured 'ha ha the sports car ******s got tagged racing' or something

 

That was very cool of you to turn around and offer assistance :thumbsup:. I saw a bunch of cars and bikes out this weekend and figured the owner was out to enjoy the weekend as everyone else was and bring out his Ferrari. Sucks it acted up on him. Forgot to mention I saw a light blue w/ dark blue stripes Cobra headed south on the Hutch early saturday morning and another Cobra rep in the making in Larchmont near the Acura dealership.
