    Hey buddy, congratulations !!
How did you request the autograph?
We are in lockdown in Melbourneso so not ideal.
Travelling to Cavallino seems like a decade away, hopefully one day soon.

Hi Mark – I communicated via email with his associate, Emmanuel Colo, who did research for the book. Also, there was a special instructions box on their website when you ordered the book. Hopefully, the book will be autographed when I receive it.
I always loved the Miura from a teenager as there was one near my neighborhood growing up. I’ll DM Emilio’s email address to you so you can request an autographed copy if not too late.

    Stay safe and healthy.

    Reagard,

Demand for the Kidston Miura book far exceeds supply(zero). Comparisons with the Miura "Bible" will be interesting.

With 762 books being made I figured since they made 762 cars, with time and their ability to self combust there may be only say 500- 600 cars left.
So even if half the current Muira owners bought the book it leaves only a few hundred books to satisfy Muira enthusiasts and motor book buyers worldwide.
So correct... high demand, little supply.
I guess time will tell if it becomes a rare collectable classic.

It will become an instant classic, collectible now. I expect they will command a multiple of 3 or 4 times the offering price in short order.

One could compare Kidston’s book to Ferrarichat member Mathias Bartz’s, book “Dino Compendium”, an out of print book published several years ago. The book was in the price range between $200 and $300. Sellers are now asking outrageous prices; of which I don’t know if anything has transacted at such prices. I was fortunate enough to obtain the Dino Compendium book before It went out of print.

Yes, very good comparison. I bought mine direct from Bartz years ago.
Glad I did as prices are very high now.

I've sold my German language (spare, no translation errors... ) copy to a book trader earlier this year. He was locating one for a client so he must have sold it with a premium. Let me just say the book was an excellent investment! They fetch insane high prices and it should. It's the best reference book on Dino's! I have only the English edition now.

Not many are aware of the book's website which has been updated till Februari 2016:

Maybe a second printing would take some of the froth out of the market.

If anyone is interested, I have a perfect, as new copy of this book in English, for sale at a much more reasonable price than the ones on E-Bay.
    PM me for details.

Where is that information from? I could find nothing about it on their web site or FB.

    Thanks.
