TOFM issue #1 came out in June 2008, not in the mid-1990's.

Perhaps @Rosey was thinking of Rosso Ferrari Magazine from Ferrari via FNA.

    Thinking, thinking..........
Post 7370 clearly mentions TOFM and that post is the one Rosey referred to.

Rosso Ferrari Magazine, issue #1, came out in December 1990 but is clearly designated as official magazine by FNA Ferrari North America, not Ferrari SpA in Maranello.

I’d suggest Rosey is referring to the Ferrari yearbooks of the 90s

We're talking six copies of one title, that's it. As said before, Palawan is not your regular business.

    Thanks for the mention.

That was April 2013 in Jay's collection in Burbank near LA.

During the Chantilly concours weekend mid September I met another author who told me Jay does not do book reviews like these anymore.
The general public does not read (enough) for him to have enough viewers for such programs.

And it comes with free shipment within Europe, and a free 2025 calendar - what's not to like ? :)
I just ordered it, I'll see which (even, as far as I understand from Palawan's web site) number I will get.

I was more referring to the mid 1990's Yearbooks that became TOFM.

The format was similar from around 1994 onwards to the start of TOFM.

    You're quite correct Paul.

According to the David Bull Publishing web site the release date for Ferrari in America has been moved to December. I believe the first announced date was late August.

It's ironic that the very format you're being interviewed on (YouTube) is one of the main reasons the younger generation don't buy books any more.

    These are Yearbooks (albeit softbound).
Not magazines as mentioned in the original post #7370.
In those years TOFM didn't even exist.

Yes, TOFM grew out of the Yearbooks.
    I'm aware, I own them.

I was just responding to the original question about value for money and merely stating that there is far less value in them today then there was back in the mid 1990's (when they were Yearbooks).

Sorry if I was unclear, English is only my first language.

What’s Starkey’s reputation as an author these days. As I recall he was pretty prolific a couple of decades ago. I think he was involved is sales of historic race cars.

1989 - 2007. Then the yearbook became part of the TOFM series. Although for the past few years the yearbook is a bit more distinctive in it's own right.
