I'm really enjoying 'Thunder in the Park', the story of Tom Wheatcroft... Found a signed copy off of eBay thru one of my regular dealers...
I believe that the text in 4 Cilindri Sport is Italian only? Anyone know if it's any good as a picture / coffee table book? Thanks
Yes , only in Italian but not very hard to understand the small captions. Pictures are all high-gloss and look like real pictures. Book is in that way stunning. Some pictures of the inside: . As we all keep looking for rare/ beautiful Ferrari related books, this shop in Germany is a must: v12books I contacted the owner several times in the past, bought a fantastic item there. A very accurate, cheap and fast delivery. And they have it all: Books, Factory Items, Magazines, Miscellaneous, Collectibles, Books on V12 Road Cars, V8/V6 Road Cars, Sports Racing Cars & Prototypes, Formula One, Competition& Race Tracks, Racing Drivers, Sales Literature, Owners Manuals, Workshop Manuals, Parts Catalogues, Other Publications, Scuderia Ferrari, Press & Media, Yearbooks, Prints & Postcards, Reprints and much more. I can't imagine there would be a publishing by or on Ferrari, that they wouldn't have. And honestly, their prices are moderate.

Hi. I'm new to the forum and I'm wondering if anybody here can help me out. Ever since 1989, I've been fascinated with the Ferrari 639/640 formula 1 car designed by John Barnard, especially the early version with the low engine cowl. I remember around that time, there was a book called 'John Barnards Ferrari 640 revealed'. I'm wondering if anyone here has heard about it, has any information on it and were I can purchase a copy if possible. Like the car, It's been haunting me for decades! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I have about 650 Ferrari books and this is not one that I know. I don't think it was ever published. Have you actually seen a copy of it? Nathan

Very nice. From the collection of the famous journalist, Mille Miglia creator, etc. At one time, weren't his papers part of the Biscaretti's collection in Torino? Please feel free to post more pictures!...
Hi Trashidelek Yes it was in Torino for 99%. I will make some more pictures and than i share with it. Julius
Just received this one. "Maranello e il suo Museo" - about Ferrari's Maranello museum (It used to be called Galleria Ferrari, but since the Casa Natale opened down the road this is now also a museum!) It's another of those Banco books that is not on sale. 318 pages, hundreds of photos, most of them in colour. There's a small historical chapter but the bulk is about the history of the Galleria since it opened in 1990. It features profiles of some of the exhibits since that time. Written in Italian with an English translation near the back. I know where there is a copy for sale (Not mine) and can put anyone who is interested in touch with the seller if you email me.
