I agree on both books. I have the 125 book which has some minor damages to the color section. I would love to add the Lancia book but in the past 7 years i have not come across at least one decent copy...

Hopefully... I find it to be utterly vapid, all upscale pretension with little real substance. I liked the old Rosso Ferrari magazine, that FNA used to offer in the US, considerably more.

Anyone who has the book FXX: Inside Out? Is it good content-wise?

Yep, information contained is not available anywhere else and bear in mind the author is the son of an FXX owner so there are some excellent insights.

Thanks! Also about the technical improvements they made over the Enzo and the interaction between the corse clienti drivers and the Ferrari engineers?

Yes, the principal engineers behind the programme are profiled as well the test drivers.
It is discussed in depth the advancements made over the Enzo design with accompanying CAD images and also details the improvements introduced with the Evoluzione specifiaction.
For those with just a passing interest in Ferrari this will make a good addition to any library, for those with an interest in the FXX this book is a must.

I have it in my collection
from 1985 84 pgs color & sepia tone
most of the photos appear to be from Ferrari and the press releases
there is a section with a cutaway and tech details of the car
there are several pgs dealing with the design of the car
there is an additional section of the 'original' GTO from the '60's
i personally think the book is a must have for me & my collection because I like the 288 GTO
but I certainly wouldn't tell someone else they had to have it, depends on price & how badly you like the car, but for me I had to have it
your decision, but at that price it would be a no brainer :)

This is the new green Ferrari. Perhaps they are trying to save a few trees! More likely postal rates changed for a certain weight of package.

Speaking of #25 - engines there was a nice brochure Ferrari did in the past called Characteristic Motori 1946 - 1985 as I recall it.
Ferrari Print Number 359/85 2M/3/85, issued in 1985, printed in March 1985 by Arbe, Italy.

Any idea the value of this book? I have an extra that I should probably sell or trade for something else.

Perhaps the first big coffee table Ferrari book, not a terribly valuable reference work but essential to complete a Ferrari library. IMO $200-300 for an excellent copy.

    My new book is available.

"Ferrari-Augenblicke" is a coffee-table book with my favourite pictures from the last years.

Its a picture-book with very few words to explain the pics - location, cars and some impressions - and the s/ns of course in german language.

the first part is focussed on Austria - cars with austrian history, events in Austria or events of the Ferrari Club Austria. the second part shows pics from international events like cavallino classic or mille miglia.

format is 30x21,5 cm hardcover, about 175 full colour pages.

    see some example pics attached.

    price is € 45,-- + shipping
