Yous gets yourselfs intos troubles withouts evens tryins. That story sucks. It's bad enough that it happened but the time it took to get the agony over is horrendous! Gonna send the arresting cop a letter of friendship? Or at least that's what I call it.
Problem is that the employer will pay the judgment, except for the punitive damage component, and sometimes the union pays that. Difficult to get to these guys personally. Hopefully, you get enough so that his employer fires him or her. Art
