My guess not much around until we start to get feedback from the first viewings which I guess start the end of this month.

In UK this is the best second hand buy on the planet, fabulous car. S65 is $275 new fully loaded and $ 130 after a year.

The current S coupe sure is a good looking car. It's always mind boggling to see the depreciation curve for most AMG's.

Very tantalizing post, but looks like 488, not F12M.

True though that it's all about the details. We pretty much know what it looks like but still much anticipation about how the details will make the car special!

Maybe not F12M, but those headlights don't look like 488. Possibly portraying a design exercise which led to the final design of the 488

Anyone know precisely when the "first" F12M unveil is - assume that night we will know spec and design features ?

I'll be at the factory on Feb 2 but think by then whatever I have to say will be old news by then.

You're the ONLY person who has said this. We'll see. If so, it will be a disappointment for many.

Why would it be a disappointment with KERS rather then nothing? Or do you mean KERS vs battery?

KERS is not amed to be used as a power increaser, it's a energy container for saving fuel at start and stops in city traffic.

Yes , and i also say that this f12M will be quiter than the actual gtc4lusso ( v12) at high rpm but with a deeper sound at low rpm.

Could be as simple as BMW's "Brake Energy Regeneration" which decouples the alternator during acceleration and only charges the battery during braking or when lifting. Assuming that this is not already being used on F12 - not sure.

Just reading the speculations (sometimes not for the faint hearted) and waiting for the real insights.
The F12M will be their range topper of the regular production cars, so the wait should be worth it for sure. And for that reason I would like the ferrari to please not only performance side but some kind of an esthethic one.

Interesting and against everything we have all heard from all other sources. Any chance you can add any credibility to your statement as that would be an extraordinary development on this chassis, let alone a packaging miracle.

Excellent point. I think HELE is a notch back from this, so they can call it KERS as thats what its doing but its not too far off from HELE either.

Yes indeed. But if it is like the BMW system then it doesn't really require that much more hardware.

No matter what this will be very interesting!

If they have gone for the KERS it will probably be integrated into the rear differential with a flywheel solution. Interesting to see if it will be any KERS and if so if it's a "real" system or just a marketing buzz.
