    I saw this color on one of the Scuderia launch cars in Frankfurt last year, but at the time Ferrari stated that the paint was a F1 only color that had not been produced as a commercial offering. Maybe this has changed? If so, it's worth every penny!

    But has it metallic/pearl accent?
    Anyone know the paint-code?
    The regular Rosso Scuderia looks much different, much "brighter". This color "nuovo rosso scuderia" has more the deep red apearance of the Rosso Corsa, but with metallic, if I'm not mistaken? Why then call it Rosso Scuderia? :)

    Compare with a "std" Rosso Scuderia, posted by ringmeister, this do not seem to have metallic accent?
    Or is it the very same color, just different cameras/cameratech?

    yes, the 'new' red is a pearl or metallic element to it, and it is deeper than the standard reds. i guess they call it 'nuovo rosso scuderia' because of the F1 association...
