Deliveries haven't started yet probably... And since it's only 80 pieces, owners will probably be grey haired japanese collectors and persian gulf moghul, not exactly the kind of persons loving to take pictures of their cars and posting it on the net.
Which is quite a shame, Ferrari should have made more of the SA Aperta. Just by judging the posts here on F-chat they could've sold many more SA Aperta's which would have been driven and would have been seen on the net.
Agreed. And would have trickled down to a fortunate few used car buyers. That's where I do most of my hunting.
I saw the SA Aperta at the Atelier in rosso fuoco with a closed top last December when in Maranello for the FF presentation. I was secptical about it, but in the flash the car just looks fantastic. I find the silver parts of the car (trim, mirrors etc.) not bad at all, they give the car a special note. Nevertheless I'm sure Ferrari gives the customers many options to configurate the car according to their personal taste. Shame about the name, but if You think that this is GTO Spider You just can imagine what bella machina this is. Just to think that You drive the 599GTO open and here You have the car that does it gives me sleepless nights. I'm sure this car will hold its value forever or will alway command a premium. Those 80 customers are just so lucky, a shame about the few who got the car just to sell it for over 100k EUR above list price and make a fast profit.
There is a picture of a very nice SA Aperta in the FF chapter. See here: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=314931 Xander
Agreed the wheels perhaps arent the best aspect but I agree it looks great in what looks like Biaco Fuji
I don't agree with this statement. The Aperta and GTO have very little in common. Stating the the Aperta is an open version of the GTO doesn't do either of these cars justice.

How did you get to take pictures on the production line? Even when my car was sitting there they wouldn't let me take a picture
REF, I hope you don't mind me posting these directly to the site. I'm just doing so the images are saved here. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
