    That is the best looking California I have seen yet. Shields on the Cali just don't seem to flow with the lines of the car to me. And those 2mm make a big difference when you are standing right beside the car. If it was my car I would leave it as it is.

    EDIT: Just read were you decided to not add the shields. Good choice.

    craigdv, your new California looks truely stunning! The black with tan leather is a very big wow :D The diamond stitching makes this even more nice!

    Thanks! Really happy with the color combo and that I went with the diamond stitching...I have always loved it.

    Having had the car for almost a week, I absolutely love it!

    A couple of people have suggested lowering it and honestly I think it would look better if it were an inch lower but my thought is while it might look better lowered the folks at Ferrari would have done that already if they believed it would make the car perform/drive better. So, I'm going to keep it stock.

    That really is a great color for the Cali GT. Silver calipers and no shields. A nice understated look.

    If Ferraris only concern was pure performance you can bet it would be lower. However, in order to sell cars they have designed the suspension, (which includes ride height) to accommodate more the average GT non-sporting driver. Knowing Ferrari its just a matter of time before we see an optional handling package for the California which will include stiffer and lower suspension.
