It works on that car, not on the TDF.
That's trying to do a livery just for the sake of the livery.
As they say "good taste can't be bought".

Wow. I love it. Perfectly executed livery given the overall spec.

+1. That spec with silver wheels and no stripe would be wonderful.

Agreed. I would much prefer to see that color with silver or even diamond wheels. But to each their own and so long as the owner is happy.

With diamond wheels + black calipers, very pretty indeed.

It's just extraordinary the difference the 'right' wheel can make.

    Beautiful!

The difference between listening to Shostakovich's Symphony No 5, and listening to superb musicians individually :)

Blu Elettrico? Damn that is stunning! Agree about the diamond wheels and black calipers but still very pretty as is.

Beautiful montpellier! Yes, bwshihtzu, that sure does look like Blu Elettrico. It is a spectacular color which is exceedingly tricky to get a fully accurate rendition in a computer photo. Most push the purple hues. They do exist but don't dominate quite as much.

The TDF is one of the ugliest Fcars to ever come out of Maranello. Infantilism at its finest.

    Hmm.

    1) everyone is entitled to an opinion, particularly on aesthetics

    2) I'd probably think it was "infantile" too if I couldn't get an allocation (ha ha- kidding)

    3) I'm unsure if it's beautiful per se, but damn it has presence and is purposeful. For me (I'm a function-over-form kind of guy) it's spectacular.

    4) more importantly, at least to me, it drives amazingly well

Given that "ugly" and "infantile" have no direct correlation, I fail to see how your post carries any validity other than your own subjective opinion. Ugly (or beautiful) is a subjective aesthetic evaluation that is largely irrelevant - I think it's beautiful- I don't care what you think and you probably don't care what I think.
Infantile is a behavioural classification- I don't see you making your point very well there either.
On balance - just a troll post
