3 LaF's bumped each other. Apparently one of them sneezed (seriously).

 

6 digit damage by the looks of it.

 

Yeah, expense-wise it's bad, but I meant it doesn't seem like anyone was injured.

it was never a pretty spec anyway..but it still sucks to have it crashed like this.

maybe the ugly spec was a curse?

 

I dont think a unique spec is reason to deserve a wreck. It will be repaired but it still sucks.

just can't stand the chrome wheels.

 

This looks bigger than the rims on the white car which frankly looked very small.

 

judging from the instagram pics i think the black lafe was a recent delivered one that was spotted in europe ( prague and amsterdam). too bad it is damaged.

What happened with the TDF?

 

Reports are vague, but it appears the F12tdf suddenly caught flame while at the gas station in the city of Longarone.

Firefighters were called to the scene, but they arrived too late to save the day. A fire extinguisher had already been used to put out the flames.

Looks like the same wheel in the white car. If there's a difference, it can't be seen in the pictures so far (I've seen a few more in instagram).

FWIW I didn't know this was offered. It would be interesting to see some more of the accesories book

The LaFerrari that crashed near Cortina: is it the same F12 TRS owner?

 

The 0181 Silver numbers beside the plate suggest so. Looks like he has 3 of 3 😉

Sure it's the same owner.

 

So, to recap:

- Red Tailor Made LaFerrari from Guernesey crashed into a Lancia Ypsilon and the "El Zoco" road sign near Cortina d'Ampezzo
- Red LaFerrari from the Czech Rep rear ended twice into the black LaFerrari from Switzerland (cause sneezing)
- Black LaFerrari from Switzerland got into two potholes causing the wheels to deform
- Yellow F12 TDF caught fire at a petrol station near the city of Longarone

Now one of the most famous restaurants on the planet. And surely very expensive as well.
(PS: Does anybody know the chassis number of the Lancia Ypsilon? I wanna know because one day it will be offered on eBay......an important piece of history!)

I think the driver of that LaF #88 which crashed into the now world's most expensive restaurant was probably getting "a mouthful" from his passenger, I mean yoga instructor because you know it's important to stretch during long drives and stuff...

I guess things really took off, lol!
