Got super lucky this past weekend with the weather, and was able to take the car out for a spin! Runs beautifully . Super smooth, everything is tight, what a blast to drive! Can't wait to take it out again . Hope everybody else got a chance to get out as well!
Congrats Jeff! I've been a QV owner for almost a year and Love it. I'm all about Driving it You dodged a bullet on that white car IMO. I don't care much at all for the modifications to the beautiful 308 body, and I think few do. Great in yellow, too! Robert
Thanks again guys! The car does not disappoint. Everything works as it should on the car, the clock, the gauge lights, the under e brake handle light, the headlights are reasonable! I almost didn't type that as I don't want to jinx it... Could not be happier with the car, hope this weather holds out a little longer .
No doubt, that white one is a pile. Probably should start a new thread, but that body kit reminds me of two 288 gto's that are for sale right now. Why is one 125k (flea bay), and the other is a "project" at 54k (Hemming's) Am I missing something about those body kits? It's just a 308 with a bunch of kit on it, right?
Thanks! It may even be more so with the tan interior, I have only seen yellow cars with black interior . And then, as someone astutely pointed out, it's an 83' so the A and B pillars are black:' .
