The Urus is the best selling Lamborghini. The streets are flooded with them! This will be much more unique.

We´re still debating if it´s a Ferrari or not.

It’s a Ferrari but you’re possibly not in the position to get one (w12 pots).

Not a brand new one, that´s true.

Still, I´d rather have a rusty 400i Auto to any SUV. And I can afford it, what´s not to like.

It’s certainly a lovely looking car, I too had FF and GTC. Hope you are right. I would want mine as a daily driver as my “specials” are sports cars. Can’t see me doing 10,000 miles and leaving it at the Station and maybe that’s why I am not enthused. I recognise that most will run it as just another car in the fleet and the very wealthy give it to the wife !

It’s not a matter of money. The 12-cylinders are simply sold out.
The replacement resp. complement comes with V6-Hybrid.

It’s a fair point no doubt and I had to think about how we would use ours. My conclusion is that evenings out, weekends and occasions when I need more than two seats (fairly often currently).

About 3k5k pa for a while and see how we get on.

    Thats truly a necessary discussion.
I intend to use it in a way I would use a Cayenne, Q8, X5, AMG GLE, Bentayage (what an ugly vehicle). Would spec it without exterior CF for 40k which might be destroyed by road salt anyhow. Keep the exterior color less noticeable.
Just try to behave as if it was a „normal“ car. Life is short…

Those are my thoughts as well. In fact, if it is easy for elderly to get in and out of back seat, it could replace our sedan. Just depends on back seats leg room and just how much T is in the GT with new suspension.

I also plan to spec it without exterior CF. However, the standard black plastic used for bumpers and wheels arches is truly disappointing and looks very cheap.

At such a high Price point, they could have come out with something much better.

We are left with only two options : cheap plastic or expensive / fragile CF for a car that we would like to use as a DD…

I 100% agree with this point. Everyone is shaming me for wanting a Lusso whilst at the same time they’re lusting after the Puro.

As you’ve seen that on several older F cars, I’m sure that some garages will paint these plastic or CF parts to fit the body color (remember the rear diffuser of the Enzo for example).

The application of some high quality plastic care (e.g. fm Swissvax) can make the surface look shiny and deep for several weeks.
Good enough for me with a DD that is soaked with salty dirt every day…
