I went out there today since I live in Vegas. It was nice to see such a collection of awesome cars. Everyone was really cool for the most part. The Parade lap at 1:30 with the majority of the cars was really spectacular. Though I'm not sure why the Mustang was out there.

I'm currently on the search for an 89-92 Mondial and when it finds me I'll know it. Spoke to a gentlemen from Idaho Falls with an 82 Mondail and he was very pleasant.

For those who couldn't be lucky enough drop by, it was truly amazing.

My 3 year loved the event and wouldn't get away from this F40, so I was inclined to take picture with him. I think the person who owns the beautiful car feels the way he is smiling....

...Maybe it was me that wouldn't get away but we'll never know.

If it was a yellow 05 Mustang convertible, that's just some stalker that crashed the event. (j/k Rob :D)

    fundmaxx,

Welcome to Fchat & great photos, Your son looks very happy to be there, what a lucky boy. Be sure to check out www.ferrariads.com to help with your Mondial search.

Thanks for welcoming me. I go to the track when main events are in. This seems like a real cool club and everyone is really proud of their rides! Yeah, it was the Yellow one. Nothing against the Mustang, it was a beautiful car, just didn't fit in today with the Italian theme going this weekend.

Ok, this is my last pic with my son, but I really like this one with the F40 barring down on him.

    Great day for pictures.

I will look through the Ads thanks. I have looked for a while now, but either they are pricey, hard to come buy, or some are just not maintained. I'll wait to find a car someone truly loved. I sold my Restored 1967 GTO (Pontiac; lol) convertible a few months back just so I could get what I really want.

The Mondial is it for me.

Here's some of my 200+ Pics.
If you like your mug shot or any other one & want the hi-res, pm me & I'll get it to you. I'll post all the rest as soon as I find a good site to do it. Suggestions?

Pimp-Daddy....I propose everyone send their raw hi-res pics in & we burn a DVD with the pics in a seperate folder by photographer. If anyone is so inclined, they can organize them by event, time, group, whatever.

If this was already proposed, point me to where I should send mine.

The yellow Mustang wasn't me. There was actually a yellow Saleen Mustang out there. Mine was just a Budget special convertible. :) We went to the track, but missed the parade laps, I would have done them to see the track though.

There were many more cars running than just Italians, several vettes, porsches, and the radicals doing the track day.

Jennie and I got back to Dallas about 5:30 CST to cool and rainy weather. :( Glad the weather in Las Vegas held out for the long weekend.

I would like to thank PimpDaddy for organizing and running such a great event. I look forward to it next year and I will bring a car one way or another.

It was a pleasure to meet a few dozen users for the first time and catch up with old friends. Part of the Monterey crew did me in again Friday night, but unlike Monterey I didn't catch anyone else doing over the shoulder stuff, so this time around the doers were done as much or more than me! :D

    Thank you all!!!

A MASSIVE THANKS TO CT, and all I have to say is, for those who weren't there - you have no idea...

Also - Rob - as usual it was a sincere pleasure... and unlike Monterey, you actually held some liquor! :D

    --Dan

PS: the Norcal / Reno crew rocked it harder and better than anyone and everyone!

Maybe - just maybe - you should consider rephrasing that... :)

PimpDaddy came correct with his first event... It was very tight... Thanks, CT...! The whole weekend was awesome... Sunday was beautiful in a very emotional way... Pictures won't do it justice... One of the greatest things about this event is the people it brought together... i met some of the coolest people at the Rampage and i feel privilege having gotten to know them... The hotel was beautiful, the cars were gorgeous, the people were awesome, the events were kick-ass... You really came through, Stax... You really pulled it off very nicely... i see great things in future Rampages, all thanks to our very own pimp... :)

Gotta get some work done; will be back later... It was a real pleasure meeting so many of you who i'd never met before... i had an awesome time in and out of the cars. Thank you.

LMAO! That's exactly what I thought...

Thanks to Carbon, Shawn and Tillman for sharing rooms, Rob and Jennie for the food, Barney, Paul, Ryan, Kevin and Tom for rides (Diablo 6.0, 2 F40's, 360 Spider, and a Murci), Vince, Rich, Dan, Dave, Francois and Joel for hanging out and buying my diet Cokes. :) There were so many great people there, NOT ONE person I met was stand-offish or unsociable the whole weekend.

And a special thanks to the PD and his wife and all of the sponsors for putting the event on.

Ditto to that!!! What a blast, we got home this afternoon and have been trying to convey to friends the awesome spirit that was so readily shared by so many. Great people, great times and thank you PD for organizing this event.
Oh yea, as Dan said, Nor Cal/Reno rocked it hard and tight.

And a special thanks to the Nevada Highway Patrol for their so very kind dispensation of a two day Autobahn pass through their state!!!

And a big thanks to Mike S. for taking such good care of the group in Reno.

A BIG thanks needs to go out to Leslie and Charles Howard and Jeff for their relentless, behind the sceens efforts holding everything together. Their days started early and ended late. Even when all of us were in the bars winding down in the evenings the Howard team was still hard at work preparing for the next day.
    Many thanks for your efforts!

AHHH! It's funny, I didn't put 2+2 together when we spoke (I didn't get your screen name).

So, were you able to achieve the goal you told me about?
