Yes, I'll be doing Houston because its much fun, great food, great people, and great driving. Jennie really enjoys this Ferrari event more than the others. Very spouse friendly. Somewhat kid friendly too.

I'll be doing Las Vegas, hopefully with some of my fellow Texas trouble makers just to get wild and have fun for a long weekend. What happens in Vegas, ends up on FerrariChat.com in pics!

Poker Run is always a blast and local, so no headache.

@@@ TIME TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM!!! @@@

To reserve your room at the Paris Resort and Casino in Las Vegas call 888-266-5687 Rooms are being held under the name “Ferrari Owners Club” or “Scuderia Rampage ”. Please be sure to reserve your room at the Paris as there will be private parking and many activities planned for everyone, most occurring on the properties associated with the Paris and Caesars Entertainment. Pricing should be $158 nightly for a standard room and $250 for a suite. If you wish to reserve a suite please contact me via PM or E-Mail as the Hotels reservation department may not be ready to receive reservations for suites.

For more information tune into www.ScuderiaRampage.com
    Or E-mail [email protected]

Event and Track Costs are on their way! STAY TUNED!

Dates are April 22-24 (optional early arrival for Thursday is also available and yes we will have some fun stuff planned for the early birds!)

    @@@ UPDATE ON SUITES @@@

Suites are handled as an upgrade.

At this time please call in as regular reservations and book your "STANDARD" room for $158.(Refer to the “Scuderia Rampage” or “Ferrari Owners Club” for discount). Then supply me with your name and contact information (E-mail: [email protected]) so that I can put you on the list for suites. This will be a first come first serve list! Once I have the list of names (and I already have 12 on the list!) for the guests staying in suites, I will submit it and the Paris will do the upgrades accordingly.

@@@ AGAIN @@@ I cannot stress the importance of booking your room ASAP! Vegas will be swamped that week with the Broadcasters Convention (100K+ People attending) and if you don’t believe me take a look at some of the online hotel rates for those dates! The Paris is currently at 50% occupancy for the dates of the Rampage and I have no doubt that it will be fill up quickly!

I will be updating the web site ASAP with current info so stay tuned.
Pricing for the event will also follow! If you want an idea of the cost E-mail me and I’ll respond. E-mail: [email protected]

    Viva Rampage!

@@@ SUITE LIST IS FULL! @@@

I have over 20 names for upgrades to the $250 suites.
I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get anymore at this price.
Normal cost is $500+. So for those of you still considering this event, you need to get off your A$$ and reserve your “Standard Room” Before our allotment is exceeded and the price goes from $158 to $200+ .

    See you all in Vegas!

So, my reasons for NOT going have all evaporated (except for the money thing, that's a constant :D)

What are the plans? Any transports headed out, anyone want to caravan, or is everyone just flying and driving Kias with stick-on Scuderia shields in Vegas?

One thing you guys may want to consider: Coming west on I-40, the shortest mileage route from Kingman to Vegas is rt. 93 in AZ, which you have mapped. However, that takes you across Hoover Dam, where there can be SEVERE security checkpoint delays. An alternative to look into is staying on I-40 to Needles and heading up 95 in NV. (A third route ... perhaps normally shorter ... is route 68 to Bullhead City/Laughlin, and then pick up 95. But I understand there is a big biker weekend in Laughlin at the same time, so it may not be best.)

No offense dude, but if I go to Vegas, I'm not going to be sharing a hotel room in Vegas -- ya know?

Gas, hotels on the way, etc is cool. PM me. Hella long trip with 2, and no luggage room, so maybe I need to work on that trailer hitch....

Thanks for the tips Bob, always appreciate the local knowledge

I just got hotel, air, and car.

I can't drive this year mainly because of vacation time. I'll arrive LV Thursday night 7:30pm and will fly out Sunday 11:30am.

What is this event exactly? I thought it was like a Player's Run, but main event seems to take place in LV, am I right?

I want to participate, but too far for me to commit. I have airpass so as long as seats are open, I can just show up. Do you have some schedule for events?

LV is one of my favorite city, so I would definitely try to go.

Go to the website, but there isn't too much because most is a surprise. I'll try to sum up what I can figure...

    Nice stay at hotel/casino Paris.
    Rally outside LV.
Track day for those with their car.
    Night events at clubs.
There will be some special Ferraris there.

I don't know much else, but I can have fun in LV all by myself at the black jack table, a cute cocktail waitress, and a bed to crash.

Did anybody get cancellation info from the hotel? I may book the room if they'll allow me to cancel a few weeks out. I'm not sure if I can go at this point, but should probably get a bed to rest my head.

They charge 1 day to the card immediately ($175 w/taxes). The reservations can be cancelled up to 4 days before arrival -- probably should make it a week to be safe. If you cancel with enough notice they refund the first day charge.
