Offroad 4x4 Mods & Shops?

Talking about 4x4's. When Jennie and I get a new Tundra next year to replace the 2000 we're thinking about keeping it and doing some mods. What shops do you recommend in the area and what mods do you typically do?

I don't want to go too crazy, still need to drive it on the highway up to an hour out to hunting places. Maybe do new offroad suspension that puts a little higher, larger offroad tires, and roll cage? I know nothing about offroad vehicles and what you modify.
