Out of all the posts, very, very few think that you did. A good friend of mine has an 1980 carb car, that their family bought new from Italy. Its a very desired car, especially since its not a us spec car. stop worrying.... start enjoying! And if you can not enjoy it for what it is.... sell it.
I am definitely not that guy, but am happy for those guys who have one for a beater!!! Always happy to see others do well.
Let me qualify my statement. I am surely not rich enough to trash my 360, nor would I ever want to. I just use it as my daily driver and don't treat it with kid gloves. I'll park it at Wal Mart, go to the stores, do pretty much all the things you would do with a daily driver. Yep, it takes some wear and tear, but I keep bringing it back to new. The car is just too damn fun to drive for me to take anything else out given the option. Search some of my topics on some DIY stuff I've done with the car, it is constantly being brought back up to snuff and is over-maintained if there is such a term. I SURE as hell am not saving this car for the next guy. Well, maybe I am, as the next guy may be one of my sons that I'll give to down the road.
Good for you, I am sure if you have more than one son they will be fighting for it! Drive it like it was stolen......I do!~
I have 5; and the oldest is just turning 15, so they are all sailivating. Too bad it will be YEARS before they have the maturity to take it out without me in it with them.
Yes, you dont want to lose a son and most young men have to "see what it will do" especially if there is a young woman around.
I would just pay a lawyer to write them a letter stating that you want your money back otherwise you will sue them. It should not cost too much for this service and the dealer may start to take you seriously. After all, the dealer see you right now as all talk so why should they step up and give you anything. The dealer can still make a deal with you when they see you are serious and will not go away. Just don't wait too long to make a decision otherwise they will charge you for the excess mileage on the car if they do decide to give you a refund.
As a used car dealer, YOU should have a clue. If you weren't in the business, you may have a complaint. If that link is your web site, I doubt you are selling too many cars, as it links to www.spam.com, not a used car vender of quality $20K cars.
Now that is funny!!! Anyway, the op has been posting all over as he trys to get educated on his claimed car. Because of other posts he seems legit that he is trying to get info on 360's. If he is legit sorry about accusing him about trolling. But really a dealer should know how to decipher a VIN. All he needs to know about the car starts right there and any dealer should know that. Heck I'm just a hillbilly and I know that. A dealer would also know about mandated OBD2 and its relation to gray cars and that the stigma of the 80's gray market does not effect OBD2 cars. OBD2 is magic. Many see OBD2 as federal intervention. But this is also a great thing for consumers. It is an OT discussion but there are many many more positive things about obd2 than negative ones. obd2 is your friend if you are buying a used car. It is like a 20 second PPI that any buyer of any obd2 car should learn to do. Even the poorest america who can buy a bottle of vodka and carton of cigs can afford.
You don't think the link has anything to do with El Wayne editing his post? On that note, bravo El Wayne
Well not sure how the heck that happen. I tried clicking the website myself and it indeed took me to the Spam website!! Could someone on this site have somehow tampered with it to redirect to the Spam site?? Well if you type in [***deleted website ***] in your search bar you will see I am legit and have a nice pre-owned dealership!
Indeed you do. It is a shame that the mods on this site mess with peoples posts. I can't believe that people took your post as spam. Enjoy the 360. She's a beauty.
I would think if you have a problem with something you might want to step up and tell it like it is. If you don't want people putting up their website, make it clear don't give "hints". And for that matter I didn't know you frown on listing a website. Also it was not meant to promote my dealership, I did it to clarify that I have a nice facility and not a place that sells beaters. So how about don't threaten to throw someone off of your website that is new to the site. A polite instruction would be better taken. Thanks.
There are some great deals on 360 spiders [rollseyes/] sure wish people would figure out why they are great deals. lowest buck does not buy the best car, but there is always hope in one hand and **** in the other.
It's so sad how many idiots post on this site, including mods. Oops, I might get banned. Sorry to hear about your situation. I hope it all works out for you.
