Corriere dello Sport commenting the FIA meeting: "Ferrari has dominated the season, nobody can deny that" - Aren't they cute? I just want to go to their office and hug the journalist who wrote that sentence :D

Wouldn't this be the same Italian press that fabricated the content of the McLaren emails in their reporting?

As much as I love Ferrari, I abhor the Italian press.

    Speaking about the press.......
......In the first half of the season I would have crowned Alonshole the biggest sore loser, but later on Ron Dennis dethroned him. All this changed last week when I picked the last issues of F1 magazine and Autosport. Now the british press gets the trophy for biggest sore losers champion.
I understand that Hamilton has been the news of 07's season, but enough is enough. Kimi wins the title and gets a little "stripe" on the cover which is dominated by Hamilton. Throughout the issue it is basically all about how next year Hamilton will dominate and how great he is.
I know that LH is British and so is the "team" he is driving for but as a world distributed publication printed in the most common language around the world, they should be just a little bit more unbiased. I have kept a magazine from each year MS won for ferrari with him on the cover. I even have a couple of them signed by him. I was expecting the issue with the season finale in it to have Kimi on the cover and take place in my little collection. Needless to say I am disappointed to find yet again Hamilton's, not so pretty mug on the 1st page.
All this makes me wonder how come there isn't one, just one, publication out there in english, about F1 that is not British, so we can have SOME choice about the crap we are going to read.

Vote with your pocket and dont buy it.

I agree with you, we get sick of it over here as well. But go easy on us, we dont get a lot to shout about when it comes to sports, so when someone does pop there over over the wall, the media gets a little excited!!

The British media trait is to build em up so they can knock em down later.

I am glad I am not the only one who laughed out loud when I picked up the latest issue....I thought I had missed an issue and that Kimi's championship cover was now going to be a back issue search for me. The Brits are "gutted" as they say over this. Despite McLaren dropping the ball in the last 2 races, the underlying story of the season is the tenacity and total professionalism of Raiikonen et al when all seemed lost. The British media may say Lewis will be the one to watch next season and will walk away, but Ferrari have 2 pitbulls at the ready plus a new team structure with a WC behind them. McLaren are still unsettled but have learned a lot.

So to the British media....lets not jump the gun again guys and crown Lewis champ. And don't forget Honda with ol' Ross at the helm!! Jenson Button may yet regain the place as rightful heir to "Our Nige"!!!

Some folks just want to slate LH its a fact and anything will do even his picture on a mag.

I'am not gutted it was rough justice live and learn it was the best outcome, Kimi kept his head down and won it great come back down to wire.

I hope JB does get among the front runners its well over due, however IMO it will take more than a year fingers crossed.

I keep thinking of this photo. LOL.

Actually, I feel sorry for Lewis. He's an amazing talent and achieved enormous success in his rookie year. Unfortunately, the press, rather than celebrate it, is treating it like it's the end of the world for him.

well we win most things we WANT to win but setting your standards by beating just one country is why your lot are so low on the sporting championships

Webber beat Coldheart all year and we know about how DC is "always" going to "win it this year"

Give Webber a Ferrari or Ferrari-clone (McL :D ) and he'd have been fighting for the WDC as well , the car is 90% of the championship, ALL the drivers bar one or two are brilliant drivers with outstanding reflexes

oh, btw, 29 here today and water temp of 19-21 :)

We gotta have a bit of banter in the cold winter months good job I like skiing. Austria is my next trip even colder so I hear.

Sun cream seems a distance memory now..:)

I agree though all the drivers bar one or two are brilliant drivers with outstanding reflexes.
