    Took out the cars yesterday. I was driving the Gallardo and my son the 355. Headed down a long stretch my son decided to pass me at red-line in the 355. The car has Tubi, but I had never actually heard the car at speed and red-line. I'm always the one driving it and this time, I was the one to hear the tune from the outside. All I can say is wow. May not be the fastest car but man it sounds amazing. After owning it for many years, it is funny how I never really knew how amazing it really does sound to the observer! :)

    From the inside it sounds very different as à drive-by.
    I had à mate do a fly-by and was amazed by the sound of my own car!

    Agree! We switched cars and my son then did the drive by in the Gallardo. Although I love the car, you really couldn't hear anything.

    I agree, I really didn't appreciate the sound *that* much from inside the car, but everyone outside says how incredible it is. That is until I finally went with test pipes and let her rip through a tunnel at 8500 so I can hear the echo...amazing! For a few seconds at least I felt like Schumacher ripping through the Monaco tunnel....

    355 + open top + acoustic reflective surface (tunnel, wall, etc) = maximum sonic pleasure!

    You should hear it with Tubi headers, straight pipes, original tubi can(the best one) with challenge spec timing and re-chipped by the boys in Italy @ 9000rpm in a tunnel.
    The best sound any car will ever create period.
