    I was on a drive last night, and for the most part it was just a nice cruise, then I came to a spot on the highway that was open, no cross intersections with a easy bend in it. I put it in Race, dropped down a few gears and let it rip. The noise, the speed, the grip, just glorious. This was the first time in my short ownership I really gave it the what for, and it was amazing, I can fully understand now what it means to own a Ferrari, and what they are made for. OH MY indeed.

    Yep, driving the Ferrari is a sensual experience. Best cars in the world.

    I had a similar experience yesterday. Was entering an on ramp -- the ones with two lanes merging into one. There was a pick up and a car in the left lane so I punched it. Oh boy, with the CS TCU set in Sport and shifting at 6000 RPM my head was kicked back against the headrest as it shifted gears. No issues with merging as I was way ahead of the other vehicles in about two seconds.

    I did the same thing Sunday coming back from Lake Geneva. I had this VW on my tail and then the road opened up. My wife was next to me and I just couldn't help myself! Like you said I dropped it down a gear and kicked it - the sound, the power and 130 mph later - well she finally said - you want to slow down? Oh - don't know what happened to that VW!

    Yep, drive it like the way its designed and meant to be driven and let the car impress you and put a big smile on your face.

    I drive mine hard most of the time.
    I accelerate hard, I corner hard, I brake hard, I cruise at high RPM, I punch it when I need to pass and the car never disappoints.

    SUPER!!!

    When I first got the car, one of the trickiest things to get used to after you pass them and look in the rear view mirror is "where did they go". I would really panic because I couldn't find them in the mirrors thinking they are nearby...they aren't.

    My poor wife was going YA HOO through about 110 then promptly went I'M SCARED through about 140. At least she made it that far.
