I drive my 458, I have 15,000 miles on it, no problems.... until …… my battery maintainer was unplugged when I went out of town. The battery slowly died.... I mean dead. I put in new battery, installed as per owners manual, everything works except the right display only shows current speed in large numbers. I replaced fuse F94, no change. Any suggestions, ed
When my battery tender wasn't working, I had the same issue no media/radio etc. afterI drove the car for an hour and turned it off then started it up again, it all came back. I was told by service that its "protective mechanism" so after driving the car for a bit it will reset eveything then the radio will come back. Let us know howyou make out.
I have driven my 458 several times since the radio quit and it hasn't reset To clarify, the right TFT displays the large speedometer and the rear camera but it doesn't display the infotainment system information What fuse should I check ? I replaced fuse F94, but it was OK and a new one didn't help Thanks, Ed
PASS ME THE STUPID HAT !!!!!!!! I held the "main" button down (on the right TFT display controls) for …… a long 6 or so seconds and...…….. the sound system came on!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's not amazingly intuitive, but a long hold on the "back" button toggles between speed vs. phone/navigation/media and swaps speedometer between left and right TFT screens.
Similar radio issues in my f12 and others in this thread: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/f-12-radio-issues.539669/
How can you quote an electrical issue without seeing the car? Could be anything or nothing but a reset.
Correct ! That's the only way to go …. but did you ever read the Infotainment Manual here ? I posted that some time ago …. READ it all https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/458-infotainment-manual.561656/
