Remove that link in case someone tries to log on to ebay with it.
Never reply to those emails. Got to ebay and check it out, by typing in the address.

I got a few of those stupid dumb emails last year and fell for it. IT IS A SCAM! This is how they hi-jack your ebay & email accounts. If you get hi-jacked go to the ebay live chat help to get resolved. I got my account back in 3 days from the actual jacking. Within 5 minutes of being on the live chat I had my account back. It took anothe rcouple of weeks to get my email back though. After checking my email I looked at all emails recieved & sent, they were trying to sell high end items for an extremely low price where the bidders had to be pre-approved by sending money to just be able to bid on the items. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL! WARNING TO EVERYONE.

FWIW, I'm getting similar things but with a PayPal slant. The typical email is a pretty realistic looking paypal 'confirmation' that you sent a couple of hundred to someone. The tipoff is that all the links on the page go to the same address, no doubt just trying to see if your email address is live.

    Cheers, JB

Those are both well known scams and have been out there for some months now...DON'T give out your information. I actually received an email from PayPal telling me that they will NEVER send me something like that asking for that information. Best of luck!

    Cheers,
    Travis

    scam

forward the email to [email protected] and they'll tell you.

Also, if it's a paypal scam, forward it to [email protected], they'll also tell you if it's no good.

Don't cut and paste it, you have to forward the entire email.

I'm sure you've herd this before but, never reply to anything asking you to confirm your account info. Seems like these weasels catch a few every time.
