oil cap keeps unscrewing/coming loose

I have never noticed a loose cap in the 4 years and 10K miles I have owned my 2004 360.

Maybe problem some are having is the result of some previous owner/mechanic gorilla who over tightened the cap on a regular basis and now the threads are damaged or the gasket is deformed.

Just a thought.

For the at price I would cut one out of a sheet of rubber and see how it worked.
